What to do when your alarm goes
off?
- NEVER panic.
- If the alarm was set off accidentally, use the keypad to disarm the
system.
- Wait for Central Station to call to verify your status. Tell them your
passcode when asked.
- Don't leave your home until you've spoken with Central Station or the
proper authorities, confirming there is no emergency.
- Contact us if there is a problem.
